Position Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Part-Time of Full-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or Behavior Technician to join our team. The RBT will work directly with clients at our center in Raynham, implementing behavior intervention plans designed and supervised by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

Key Responsibilities:
- Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
- Collect and record data on client behavior.
- Provide positive reinforcement and support to clients.
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and supervisors.
- Participate in training and supervision sessions.
- Adhere to ethical guidelines and best practices in behavior analysis.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (required).
- Current RBT certification (required within 3 months of hire).
- Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities (preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client home in Brockton, MA.
- Ability to pass a background check.
