What You'll Do:
As a Lead BCBA, you'll have the opportunity to:
- Oversee and mentor a team of Behavior Technicians and BCBAs, fostering professional growth and high-quality care.
- Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans tailored to each child's unique needs.
- Provide leadership and guidance to ensure effective treatment delivery.
- Support skill acquisition and behavior reduction goals while addressing challenging behaviors, including elopement.
- Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure client success.
What We're Looking For:
To thrive in this role, you should bring:
- A BCBA certification in good standing.
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills to inspire and support your team.
- Patience, empathy, and a passion for working with children on the autism spectrum.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with ABA data collection tools.
- Physical ability to handle client needs, including assisting with elopement behaviors when necessary.
