Position Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in a full-time hybrid role. This position offers the flexibility of remote work combined with hands-on client care responsibilities. You will be responsible for developing and overseeing individualized treatment plans, conducting assessments, and working closely with a multidisciplinary team. This role also involves supervising and training Behavior Technicians.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and manage individualized ABA treatment plans for clients.
- Conduct assessments and analyze data to monitor client progress.
- Supervise and support Behavior Technicians and other team members.
- Collaborate with families and professionals to ensure coordinated care.
- Maintain precise and timely documentation of client progress and treatment.
- Stay updated on ABA research and best practices to improve treatment outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field.
- Active Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- Proven experience in developing and implementing ABA programs.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Experience with diverse client populations is a plus.
Licenses/Certifications:
- BCBA (Required)
- Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) or in process (Required for AZ and OK regions)
