PRO ABA Services, is seeking exceptional Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA)/Licensed Behavior Specialists (LBS) to provide IBHS services to children/youth in home, school, and community settings.

Job Details:

  • Location: Scranton, PA
  • Schedule: Full-time or part-time hours based on candidate preference and client availability
  • Caseload: Ages 2-21

Behavior Consultants will be responsible for:

  • Maintaining the connection with client families.
  • Completing skills and behavior assessments.
  • Creating and implementing individual treatment plans.
  • Supervising and conducting hands-on training of the Behavior Technicians.
  • Collaborating with other therapies and service providers.
  • Completing documentation required for insurance authorizations and billing

What You Bring:

  • PA Behavior Specialist License with a minimum of 12 credit-hours of ABA coursework
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst preferred
  • A minimum of one-year experience with the implementation of ABA treatment plans and data collection and analysis
  • Current CPR and First Aid certification
  • Safety-Care certification is a plus
  • Current clearances (within 6 months)
