Responsibilities:

- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for patients with autism and other developmental disabilities
- Implement behavior intervention strategies and techniques based on applied behavior analysis principles
- Provide direct one-on-one therapy sessions to patients to improve social, communication, and behavioral skills
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure consistent implementation of treatment plans
- Monitor progress and make adjustments to treatment plans as needed
- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes
- Stay up-to-date with the latest research and developments in the field of applied behavior analysis

Requirements:
- Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field
- Experience working with individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities
- Strong assessment skills to evaluate patient needs and develop appropriate treatment plans
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams
- Proficient in medical documentation and terminology related to behavioral health
- Ability to provide patient care with empathy, patience, and compassion

Preferred Skills:
- Experience working with children in a clinical or educational setting
- Familiarity with evidence-based practices in behavioral interventions for individuals with autism spectrum disorder
