Job Title: Behavior Analyst Credentialing Specialist (Temporary-to-Hire)
Location: Willow Grove, PA (Hybrid after initial training period; occasional travel to King of Prussia required)
Schedule: Full-Time (Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM; flexible hours available after training ranging from 7:00 AM - 6:00 PM)

Position Overview:
We are seeking a Behavior Analyst Credentialing Specialist to join our Human Resources team in Willow Grove, PA. This full-time, temporary-to-hire position plays a key role in ensuring smooth onboarding and ongoing compliance for our team of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and Assistant Behavior Analysts.
The role begins 100% onsite for the first few weeks of training, then transitions to a hybrid schedule (2-3 days onsite, 2-3 days remote). Flexibility in working hours (between 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM) will be offered once fully trained and self-sufficient.
Key Responsibilities:
Staff Onboarding:
- Collaborate with the BCBA Coordination team to facilitate new hire onboarding.
- Collect and process credentialing documentation for new hires.
- Conduct fraud prevention checks to verify eligibility for employment.
Staff Credentialing:
- Initiate and update provider profiles in practice management systems (e.g., NPI, CAQH).
- Manage the full credentialing lifecycle, including applications, re-credentialing, and liability insurance.
- Assist in preparing and submitting state licensure applications.
- Provide rosters and documentation for internal and external stakeholders (e.g., insurance networks, school districts).
- Maintain provider contact records and foster strong professional relationships.
- Communicate with insurance providers and other entities to manage application status and resolve credentialing issues.
- Monitor and report credentialing trends, issues, and escalations to management.
Personnel File Management:
- Maintain digital personnel records from onboarding through offboarding.
- Monitor compliance-related deadlines and communicate proactively with employees and supervisors.
- Track and notify about expiring credentials or non-compliance issues.
General Administrative Support:
- Assist with audits and licensing applications.
- Participate in special projects as needed.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Associate's Degree required.
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience (credentialing, HR, healthcare admin, etc.).
- Strong attention to detail and confidentiality.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Demonstrates urgency and ability to meet deadlines.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Customer service-focused with strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively.
- Proficient in technology, including G-Suite, and capable of learning internal platforms such as Paycom and CentralReach.
Work Environment & Travel:
- Initial training will be onsite in Willow Grove.
- Post-training, the role becomes hybrid with required in-office presence 2-3 days per week.
- Occasional travel to King of Prussia is required.
