We are a small clinic-based provider located in Irvine, Ca. We believe in creating a supportive community with each individual family we collaborate with. We strive to train systematic Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA); an evidence-based scientific approach method for treating children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). By doing so, it is our mission to establish well-trained staff members to provide quality services with the children we are connected with. You will have constant training in order to support you as a behavior clinician. We will train in clinical judgement, Flexible Discrete-Trial Training (DTT), assessing in the moment, and will strive to individualize your own personal goals in order to become a stronger behavior clinician.

Our paid training program is a month long process and we will provide support to obtain your Registered Behavior Technician (RBT); and if you already are an RBT, we do still require trainees to go through our training process as our implementation of ABA is more of a flexible approach, which differs from mainstream ABA.

Being in-clinic provides a proper environment for frequent and high-quality ongoing training and supervision by a trained Clinical BCBA Mentor and have more opportunities to work collaboratively amongst your peers.

The following training procedure protocols:
-Finishing your training modules through the Autism Partnership Foundation (APF) RBT: https://autismpartnershipfoundation.org/free-rbt-training/
-Completing Conscious Kid's Training Protocol which consists of discussions and PowerPoints; observations of sessions; hands on training; and completing modules based on your individualized goals.
-Training on flexible DTT (Discrete Trial Teaching), flexible and innovative ABA procedures by assessing and being systematic.
-Getting trained on tracking clients’ progress through our data collection procedure
