Pay Range: Starts at $54,885/year. Based on your education, experience, and credentials.
Schedule: (Full-Time)
- Monday - Friday: 10:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
- Will vary based upon caseload between the hours of 8:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
What You Will Be Doing
We want people to join our team who share our values of love, excellence, respect, empowerment, and well-being. The ideal candidate will provide support to individuals and their caregivers by coordinating and providing services in Applied Behavior Analysis, function analyses and assessment, behavior acquisition and reduction procedures, and adaptive life skills. The Behavior Analyst will also oversee the programming of and provide ongoing support and supervision to Behavior Technicians (BTs), Direct Support Professionals (DSP), and parents as it relates to the implementation and documentation associated with Skill Acquisition and Behavior Support Plans.
Required Education and Experience:
- Enrolled in master’s program in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Social work, Education, or related field, pursuing BCBA certification.
- Experience working with children/adolescents with a variety of psychiatric and/or behavioral disorders, including those on the autism spectrum.
Required Licensure and Certifications:
- Engaged in BCBA fieldwork supervision, actively pursuing certification
- Ability to obtain and maintain First Aid, CPR - adult, child, and infant. (Training will be provided, if not already certified).
- Obtains BCBA credential within 9 months of completing BCBA supervision and education requirements.
Additional Eligibility Qualifications:
- Valid Ohio Driver's License with Ohio Bureau of Motor Vehicles; proof of auto insurance; insurable driving record (five points or fewer).
