Location: Multiple locations in IE.

The Behavior Lab is a home-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) company, providing play-therapy to children with behavioral concerns, or have a diagnosis of Autism. We are looking for a strong and compassionate candidate who loves to work with children, and has a passion to serve others! Experience is a plus, but not required, as paid training is provided. The perfect candidate must be goal-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a home setting, as well as community or school-based as needed. Additionally, they would be tech-savvy, and have a creative and innovative mindset, while also having the ability to work as a team. Responsibilities:
- Implement evidence-based behavioral therapy techniques to address challenging behaviors and promote skill development.
- Provide direct one-on-one therapy sessions to children, following the treatment plan and collecting data on progress.
- Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure consistency in treatment and support.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of interventions, making adjustments as needed.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of client progress and treatment outcomes.

Requirements:
- High School Diploma, or college degree in psychology, special education, or a related field.
- Experience and a love for children and learning development
- Strong observation and data collection skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for helping children reach their full potential.

Pay: $19.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 25 per week
