General Summary:

Our Center-Based Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) work in our beautiful Lakewood, Colorado facility with learners aged 36 months to 21 years of age. RBTs work independently and collaboratively with their fellow Fireflies & clients to ensure ongoing success.

Schedule:

  • Monday – Friday 8:00 am – 4:00 pm
  • Billable and non-billable hours are paid at the same base rate.

Essential Needs:

  • Must be 21 years of age
  • Must have a bachelors degree OR 4 years’ experience working with children (babysitting, day care, camp counselor, tutor, etc.)
