What You'll Do:
As a Full Time Behavior Technician, you will:
- Work one-on-one with clients in clinics, homes, and schools, implementing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst.
- Assist clients in improving communication, social, and independent living skills.
- Collect and maintain data, manage client program materials, and foster therapeutic relationships.
- Collaborate with families and treatment teams to deliver effective support.
- Follow treatment plans and educate others about ABA interventions.
- Work a minimum of 30 hours per week, typically between 9 AM - 6 PM, Monday to Friday. If a session is canceled, you may be required to provide substitute hours or assist with clinic duties.

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Preferred: 6 months of experience with children and adolescents with Autism or other developmental disabilities.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to remain calm in challenging situations.
- Must be able to travel to various service locations.
Working Conditions:
- Local travel (20% estimated) during business hours (7 AM - 7 PM).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical activities like walking and bending.
