As a Behavior Technician, you will provide behavior therapy to support and encourage healthy child development. You will work closely with the BCBA and lead the child to increased independence and develop new skills.
Skills/Requirements
- Experience working with children
- Ability to work independently with a variety of children
- Flexibility with hours and days available
- Bachelor’s degree in related field
- Willingness to commit long term
- RBT Certification
Responsibilities:
- Provide therapy to children using Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) methods.
- Create daily programming to implement behavior intervention techniques.
- Collect data on child growth and development, as well as implement behavioral intervention techniques.
Job Type: Part-time
Salary: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
