About Us:
Bridging Independent Living Together, Inc. (BILT, Inc.) is a mission-driven non-profit dedicated to empowering individuals with developmental disabilities. Our team delivers in-home and community-based services to clients aged 4 to adulthood, with a strong focus on those aged 14-30. Using personalized, naturalistic teaching methods, we help individuals develop vital life skills, achieve greater independence, and engage meaningfully with their communities.

What You'll Do:
As an RBT or behaviorally trained team member, you will:

  • Provide one-on-one care and skill-building in home and community settings.
  • Foster daily living (ADLs) and instrumental skills (IADLs).
  • Support individuals in navigating community activities and responsibilities.
  • Collaborate with families to create and achieve personalized development goals.
  • Build positive, lasting relationships with clients and their families.

Who We're Looking For:
We value passionate, self-motivated individuals with:

  • Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
  • A valid driver's license, reliable car, and clean driving record.
  • Ability to pass a CORI check.
  • (Optional) RBT certification or behavioral training is a strong plus!

About the Role:

  • Locations: Wilmington
  • Hours: Full-time and part-time opportunities available, with a focus on daytime schedules.
  • Pay: $22-$28/hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
