A Day in the life of a Behavior Technician
Use a model of therapy referred to as Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Trained in evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis principles and provide behavioral support for students requiring 1:1 care.
Offer personalized support to our clients in their home, school, or one of our beautiful clinics.
Our Behavior Technicians collaborate with our clinical team to implement an intervention plan catered to the individual’s specific needs, while collecting observational data and sessions notes.
ABA looks to reduce target behaviors and help clients develop new skills and more functional behaviors to foster the individual’s independence. Rest assured; comprehensive training will equip you with our most effective strategies.
Foster your clients' growth and support them in achieving their goals and potential.
Always acknowledge and celebrate their advancements throughout the journey!
Effective ABA intervention is
not a “one size fits all” approach
and should never be viewed as a “canned” set of programs or drills. On the contrary, our multi-disciplinary team customizes the intervention to each learner’s skills, needs, interests, developmental profile, preferences, and setting.
