Under the supervision of a BCBA, the ABA Behavior Technician role provides 1-to-1 Applied Behavioral Analysis services to children and adolescents diagnosed with Autism (ASD). 1-2 Cases are assigned to a Technician and clients are seen individually throughout the week. We focus on building strong rapport with the client and their family through consistent assignments. Therapy sessions usually run 3-4 hours and primarily take place during after school hours in the client's home, Community, and/or at our Center. Our team focuses on assigning cases as locally as possible (usually within 30 minutes) to your home address or regular school/other work location. Travel time pay and mileage reimbursements are available (when applicable).


*Must have Reliable transportation and a Driver's License

*Must be able to work 2- 3 weekday afternoons to early evenings (ie. between 3-8PM)

*Some Saturday availability is preferred but not required.

*Available to work at least 10-20+ Hours per week (Part Time)

ABA Behavior Technician Responsibilities

  • Work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst
  • Working with families for effective collaboration
  • Submitting all required paperwork in a timely manner
  • Electronic Data collection
  • Implementing individualized behavior support plans
  • Implementing skill acquisition programs


ABA Behavior Technician Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent (Required)
  • Valid Driver's License (Required)
  • Friendly and energetic, enjoy working with individuals with needs
  • Experience working with children
  • Ability to attend an initial orientation
  • Timely and organized
  • Ability to work independently
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively within a variety of situations
