100% FTE, days. This position will be located at 20 S Park Street in Madison, WI.

Working as a behavioral health provider, you'll play an integral role in our care teams by providing high-quality, cost-effective care to patients while working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary health team.

We are seeking a Behavioral Health Clinician, Primary Care - In Training to:
  • Provide brief, evidence-based behavioral health treatment to children and/or adults in a primary care setting.
  • Work collaboratively with other providers to complete assessments/intakes, brief psychotherapy, case management, and related documentation.

Qualifications

  • Master's Degree In Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Marriage and Family Counseling, or other Behavioral Health related field Required


Work Experience

  • 1 year Internship in a behavioral health setting Required


Licenses & Certifications

  • License eligible as a Licensed Professional Counselor-LPC, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist-LMFT, or Licensed Clinical Social Worker-LCSW upon completion of supervised hours Required
  • License required within 2.5 years of hire Required
