At The Treetop, we are looking for a Bilingual Spanish/English Behavior Technician to join our in-clinic team. If you are passionate about helping children with autism and special needs and are fluent in both Spanish and English, we want you to be part of our supportive, dynamic team!

• Provide ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) interventions to children in our clinic setting.
• Collect, record, and analyze data on client progress, under the supervision of a BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst).
• Provide feedback to parents in both Spanish and English, updating them on their child's progress and activities.
• Collaborate with a team of professionals to ensure therapy programs are consistent and effective.
• Implement and refine individualized ABA therapy programs to meet each client's unique needs.

• Fluent in both Spanish and English: Ability to communicate effectively in both languages with clients and their families.
• Previous experience in ABA or working with children with special needs is a plus, but not required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• RBT certification preferred, but not essential.
• Availability: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and adapt to the physical demands of the role.
• Willingness to obtain First Aid/CPR certification, AZ fingerprint card, and TB test.

• Competitive pay: $26 - $28 per hour, based on experience.
