Bilingual (Spanish) Social Worker

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated social worker to join our team at First Alliance Healthcare of Ohio. As a social worker, you will be responsible for providing direct support and advocacy to individuals and families in need. Your role will involve assessing clients' needs, developing care plans, coordinating services, and connecting clients with community resources. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to social justice, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to identify clients' strengths, needs, and goals.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with clients and their support networks.
• Provide counseling and support services to individuals and families facing various challenges.
• Advocate for clients' rights and access to necessary resources.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and progress.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work or a related field.
• State licensure or certification as required.
• Experience working with diverse populations in a social services setting.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of community resources and support services.
