  • MUST HAVE LBS
  • Evaluating plans: Evaluating the effectiveness of treatment plans and modifying them as needed
  • Maintaining documentation: Keeping detailed notes of client progress and managing caseload
  • Learning: Learning about new techniques, methods, and findings within the ABA field
  • Supervising: Supervising and instructing others in the field with lower levels of certification
  • Consulting: Providing consultation services and maintaining ongoing communication with all constituents
  • Assessing clients: Observing clients and assessing their behavior challenges
  • Developing plans: Creating plans to help clients overcome challenges, such as autism, ritualistic behavior, or cognitive impairment
  • Setting goals: Setting realistic goals and objectives for clients
  • Providing support: Providing support and professional learning for staff and family members
  • Collecting data: Collecting data before and during the implementation of plans
