Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - FT near Arlington Heights, IL
I am seeking a dedicated and passionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. As a BCBA, you will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing behavior intervention plans, and providing behavior analytic services to clients. This position involves working collaboratively with clients, families, and other professionals to implement effective behavior strategies and ensure positive outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing.
- Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or related field.
- Experience working with individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and analyses.
- Develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) based on assessment findings.
- Implement behavior analytic techniques and strategies.
- Train and supervise behavior technicians or other staff members.
