Job DescriptionJob DescriptionUrgently Hiring! Hybrid opportunity/ remote (depending on case)The BCBA will be responsible for coordinating all clinical aspects of their client's ABA therapy. Ideal candidate should have one year of experience in ABA therapy. The BCBA's responsibilities include evaluation of clients through direct observation, standardized assessments and creation of the ABA treatment plan to be submitted to client's insurance. Upon authorization of ABA therapy services, BCBA will supervise behavior technicians in implementing the treatment plan, update the treatment plan according to client's progress and provide parent training according to the number of hours approved. BCBA will also be responsible to collaborate with related service providers and teachers as needed.

Requirements/ Job Skills:
-Must be licensed BCBA
-Must be proficient in various assessment methods.
-Strong communication & written skills
-Great inter-personal skills
-Strong management skills
Responsibilities:
-Complete initial assessment and any recurring assessments
-Make a full Treatment Plan
-Help train the R/BT's in the implementation of the Treatment Plan
-Review session notes and give feedback to therapists
-Conduct parent training sessions and quarterly meetings with the client's parents and therapy team
-Collaborate with other BCBA's and R/BT's and leadership
Job Type: Full Time
Billable Hours: 25
Salary: $85,000-$90,000/year
