Position Overview:We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team full-time in an in-clinic role. This position offers a dynamic work environment where you will engage directly with clients at our facility, developing and overseeing personalized treatment plans. You will also have the flexibility to work 2 days per month from home and help guide and train our Behavior Technicians. This role involves collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to ensure we deliver the highest quality care.
Responsibilities:- Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans for clients.
- Conduct assessments and analyze data to track client progress.
- Provide supervision and support to Behavior Technicians and other team members.
- Collaborate with families and other professionals to ensure cohesive care.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment plans.
- Stay current with ABA research and best practices to enhance treatment effectiveness.
- Manage work hours between 8 AM and 6 PM, Monday through Friday, with the ability to alternate between in-clinic and remote work as needed.
Qualifications:- Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field.
- Active BCBA certification.
- Active AZ LBA.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing ABA programs.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Experience with diverse client populations is a plus.
License/Certification:- BCBA (Required)
- Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) (Required)
