We are expanding our team and seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who is passionate about providing effective, compassionate care and leading RBTs in delivering exceptional services.

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Position Overview:

As a BCBA with Integrated Therapy, you will develop and oversee Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programs for children with ASD. You will lead a team of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to implement individualized behavior plans while ensuring quality of care and consistent progress. You will collaborate closely with families, educators, and other professionals to promote success in home and community settings.

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Responsibilities:

  • Conduct initial assessments and develop individualized ABA programs.
  • Supervise and mentor a team of RBTs, providing guidance and ongoing training.
  • Analyze data collected by RBTs and modify behavior intervention plans as needed.
  • Provide parent training and education to foster involvement and consistency.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including parents, teachers, and other therapists.
  • Ensure compliance with ethical and legal standards in behavior analysis.
  • Maintain BCBA certification and attend ongoing professional development opportunities.

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Qualifications:

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
  • Master's degree in behavior analysis, education, psychology, or related field.
  • Experience working with children with ASD and implementing ABA programs.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to collect and analyze data effectively to inform treatment.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (for in-home services).
  • Ability to pass a background check.
