Are you ready to embark on an exhilarating journey as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA; BCBA-D) with us? Join our dynamic team where you'll play a pivotal role blending clinical expertise with administrative prowess. As a BCBA, you'll directly report to the Area Director, delving into a realm where every day brings new challenges and victories.
You'll be at the forefront of transforming lives! All we ask is that you can at least perform 6 billable hours daily. This full-time role isn't confined to weekdays - you'll be the hero available on weekends when needed.
Compensation and Location:
- Salary: $70,000 - $95,000/year (DOE)
- Benefits: Medical, Dental, and Vision
- Location: Hybrid - Telehealth/In-Person in San Diego, CA
Your essential duties and responsibilities will include:
- Dive into the heart of behavior assessments and the welcoming of new patients, crafting tailored treatment plans that ignite progress.
- Lead the charge in overseeing clinical operations, molding individualized programs, and providing unwavering support to both patients and their families.
- Shape the skills of our dedicated behavior technicians, ensuring top-notch service delivery and fostering a culture of excellence.
- Champion compliance with laws, regulations, and industry standards, all while pushing boundaries to optimize patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, spearheading initiatives that redefine the standards of care.
Applicant requirements include:
- Hold a Master's degree in behavior analysis or a related field, with BCBA or BCBA-D certification.
- Bring to the table a minimum of 2 years of experience in crafting intervention programs for individuals with autism or related disorders.
- Possess the drive to lead, mentor, and inspire, backed by a track record of success.
- Navigate challenges with ease, armed with exceptional communication and organizational skills.
