Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)/ Licensed Behavior Analyst(LBA)
Locations: Bethpage, New York & surrounding areas
Starting Pay Rate: $90-$95 per hour

Why Join Our Team: We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team and provide critical behavior analysis services across Long Island, NY. This role requires designing, implementing, and overseeing behavior intervention plans for clients in
various settings, including homes, clinics, and schools. The BCBA will focus on creating positive, measurable client outcomes by collaborating with interdisciplinary teams and training caregivers, families, and staff in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques. Our goal is to
support each client's unique needs and help them achieve meaningful progress.
Job Description: The BCBA will assess and treat individuals with behavioral challenges using evidence-based techniques. The BCBA will develop individualized treatment plans, implement behavior intervention strategies, and provide training and support to clients and their families.
Core Responsibilities
- Assessment & Intervention Development: Conduct Functional Behavioral Assessments
(FBAs) and design individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) tailored to client needs and
insurance requirements. - Direct Service Implementation & Monitoring: Deliver and supervise evidence-based ABA
interventions, continuously monitoring client progress and adjusting plans as needed. - Caregiver & Staff Training: Provide thorough, hands-on training to clients, families, and staff
on ABA principles to ensure consistency in behavior management and skill acquisition
strategies. - Ethics & Compliance: Ensure all services meet the ethical guidelines and standards
established by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB), as well as any applicable
insurance regulations. - Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Work with other professionals (e.g., therapists, educators) to
coordinate holistic support for each client, ensuring comprehensive, client-centered care. - Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate, timely documentation in compliance with
health insurance and regulatory requirements, including session notes, progress reports, and
data analysis. - Clinical Supervision & Team Leadership: Supervise and support Behavioral Technicians or Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) as needed, promoting high-quality service delivery and professional development.
Required Qualifications
- Education: Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related
field. - Experience: At least 1 year of experience working as a BCBA, preferably in an
insurance-based setting. Experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities - Certification: Active BCBA certification and LBA certification are required or in process.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with clients across various age groups and settings (e.g., school, home,
clinical environments). - Additional ABA-related certifications or specialized training in behavior management techniques
(such as SKIP or CPI).
Skills & Competencies:
- Proficient in conducting FBAs and developing BIPs.
- Strong communication skills for effective training and collaboration.
- Familiarity with digital tools and documentation software for progress tracking and insurance
compliance. - Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Compensation:
- Competitive Salary: Starting pay rate of $90-$95 per hour (Based on experience and qualifications), with
