Role: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Location: Lower Bucks County (commutable to our centers in Newtown, Levittown, and Warminster and throughout the community)
Schedule: Full-Time
Available Monday through Friday from 8:30 am until 4:30 pm with availability to work two evenings per week
Life/Work Balance: Caseloads are deliberately kept at a manageable level.
We offer the opportunity for quarterly bonuses if increased billable hours are desired.
Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) at Potential Inc. supervise client cases throughout Lower Bucks County to ensure the highly effective implementation of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services while providing support to clinicians working one-on-one with clients and students across a variety of settings. This is a managerial position with direct reports.

Responsibilities
- Develop and oversee treatment programs, including behavior and skill acquisition programs.
- Train and supervise staff in the implementation of programs and skill acquisition.
- Conduct assessments, including functional analysis.
- Observe clients and staff across settings.
- Participate in professional development activities (supervise RBTs, maintain BCBA certification and state requirements for licensure).
- Conduct new client intakes.
- Collaborate with families and other providers (i.e. wraparound, doctors, schools, and insurance companies).
- Promote a culture/climate of open communication and collaboration.
- Share accountability for operations and delivery of quality programs and services.
Job Requirements
- Active BCBA Certification
- Behavior Specialist License (LBS)
- Available Monday through Friday from 8:30 am until 4:30 pm with availability to work at least two evenings per week
- Commutable to our centers in Newtown, Levittown, and Warminster and throughout the community
- Comfortable working with clients aged 2 - 18 across settings (school, community, home, etc.)
