Job Description:
Due to significant growth, we are currently seeking qualified and passionate Behavior Analysts (BCBA-D, BCBA or BCaBA) to work with individuals, staff, and families utilizing the theories and procedures of Applied Behavior Analysis. The ideal candidate for this position must be board certified in one of these certifications, a genuine passion for working with individuals and their families, flexibility and a philosophy for a team work environment.
Job Responsibilities:
- BCBA provides evidence-based behavior analytic ABA services to assigned patients
- Complete individualized ABA assessments for assigned patients
- Collect and analyze ABA data by the BCBA
- Create and revise functional goals and programs for patients based upon assessments, data collection and observation as well as evidence-based interventions
- Collaborate with families and other providers
- Complete and submit all necessary paperwork for initial evaluations and reauthorization
- Supervise and provide ongoing training to behavior therapists and Registered Behavior Technicians
- Possibly supervise assigned students seeking certification as BCBA/BCaBA (if applicable)
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or a Master’s Degree per certification level
- BCBA-D, BCBA or BCaBA certification by the BACB
- Quality technical skills and passion for quality services
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Organized and flexible
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to work with electronic data collection software

Pay Range: $68,000-$84,000+, depending on experience
