Job Type: Direct-Hire / Permanent role with Fantastic Perks, and Benefits!
Schedule: Day shift: Mon - Fri, (40 hours weekly). The option of a 4-day workweek/Part-time is available if someone prefers.
Pay range:
$80,000 to $85,000 annually plus an uncapped monthly bonus plan!
Relocation Assistance will be provided if necessary

Key Responsibilities:
Train Behavior Technicians, families, and caregivers on ABA treatment plans.
Communicate updates and changes in programs to the caregiving team.
Complete authorization reports every six months.
Provide 1-on-1 ABA therapy to patients, as needed.
Act as a liaison between Behavior Technicians, caregivers, and other providers.
Supervise patient care, either in person or via telehealth.
Monitor progress and present updates during supervision and team meetings.
Maintain and update patient programs.
Create reports, progress updates, and set Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals.
Manage scheduled hours to ensure tasks are completed on time.
Attend patient IEP/placement meetings and maintain administrative tracking.
Adhere to HIPAA regulations and company policies.
Skills & Abilities:
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to observe and document patient behavior accurately.
Problem-solving and quick response to patient safety concerns.
Strong interpersonal skills for building relationships with staff and caregivers.
Tolerance and professionalism in managing challenging behaviors.
Proficiency in data entry and documentation via electronic devices.
Education & Experience:
Master’s Degree in Psychology or related field.
BCBA certification or LPA license.
At least 1-year of related experience.
Behavior Analysts are welcome to apply! BAs' can transition into this role after several months of meeting regional goals.
Physical Demands:
Work in various environments including homes, therapy centers, and community settings.
Able to lift and carry patients, assume various postures (kneeling, squatting, sitting).
Willingness to restrain or transport patients as needed.
Must have reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license
Ability to move for up to 8 hours a day and lift up to 50 pounds.
