Job Description:

As a BCBA at Seven Hills Foundation, you will take charge of providing support and interventions to adults in a group home setting. While most of the work will be hybrid/remote, occasional travel between a handful of homes in the New Bedford area will be required. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting assessments and developing individualized behavior intervention plans
  • Delivering direct therapy and monitoring the work of behavior technicians & direct support professionals
  • Training and mentoring staff and caregivers
  • Collecting and analyzing data to monitor progress and adjust interventions
  • Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care

Qualifications:

  • Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field
  • Proven experience working with adults facing life challenges
  • Strong command of ABA principles and methodologies
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
