Job DescriptionJob DescriptionPosition Overview: We are seeking an experienced and dedicated BCBA Supervisor to join our team. The BCBA Supervisor will provide clinical oversight and supervision to a team of behavior therapists, ensuring the delivery of high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ABA, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to improving the lives of individuals with autism and related disorders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clinical Supervision: Provide direct supervision and support to behavior therapists, including training, mentoring, and performance evaluations.
- Assessment & Planning: Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment results.
- Program Development: Design and oversee ABA programs tailored to the unique needs of each client, ensuring evidence-based practices are implemented.
- Data Analysis: Monitor and analyze client progress data to make data-driven decisions and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Parent & Caregiver Training: Provide training and support to parents and caregivers to ensure consistency and generalization of skills across environments.
- Collaboration: Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including speech therapists, occupational therapists, and other professionals, to coordinate care.
- Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all services are provided in compliance with regulatory standards and maintain accurate and timely documentation.
- Professional Development: Stay current with ABA research and best practices through continuing education and professional development activities.
Qualifications:
- Education: Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field.
- Certification: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience providing ABA services, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Skills:
- Strong understanding of ABA principles and methodologies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively with diverse populations and in various settings.
- Proficiency in data collection, analysis, and reporting.
- Commitment to maintaining professional ethics and standards.
