Compensation: Estimated $58,000 - $90,000 annually based on experience.

Ellie Mental Health is an exciting new mental health practice offering individual, couples, family, and group therapy via a hybrid of in person and tele-health services. What Your Role Entails:
  • Skills and comfort level in working with children ages 5-17 years old, in addition to adult clients
  • Ability to engage and include parent(s) or guardians in child's treatment and planning
  • Evaluating mental health diagnosis and implementing a treatment plan.
  • Maintain ongoing documentation using company platforms and EHR.
  • A caseload of 25 or more client sessions per week.
  • Able to work late afternoon and evenings - working weekend days is encouraged
  • Excellent customer service for clients and collaborating with a dynamic team to ensure effective and quality care.
  • Utilizing your preferred clinical techniques to assist clients achieve and exceed goals
  • Participation in clinical staff meetings, trainings, and community outreach as directed by the clinical director.
Required Qualifications:
  • Masters degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university.
  • Must have one of the following licensed mental health professional credentials (LGPC, LCSW, LGPC, LCPC, LMFT, etc) in the state of Maryland.
  • Maintaining professional licensure in accordance with your state licensing board

  • Knowledge of Play Therapy techniques
  • A creative and innovative approach to mental health.
  • Community involvement and engagement.
  • General knowledge of Apple products, EHR, Telehealth, and other software platforms.
