Wellesley Counseling & Wellness, LLC is seeking Licensed Psychologists (Psy.D), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Workers (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselors (LMHC), and Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFT).

*Experience providing psychotherapy to couples, child, and adolescent clients preferred*

*Must be licensed and reside in the state of Massachusetts*

Full-Time Positions only available at this time (with possibility of being Fully Remote, In-Person, and/or Hybrid)

Responsibilities
Providing quality care to our clients and our community. Clinicians are expected to perform diagnostic intakes, schedule sessions, and provide informed, empirical and culturally-competent psychotherapy to a diverse population of children, couples, adults and families. Our fully furnished office space in Wellesley MA allows you to choose to work fully remote, in-person or a combination of the two. We are currently expanding into new suite with 5 offices with the goal to provide clinicians a sense of community that existed pre-covid, as well as offering clinician's more opportunity to develop their own space in the office. We offer dedicated support for marketing, billing, and scheduling so you can focus on providing your clients with the support they deserve.

Credentialing assistance – It can be a challenge getting credentialed on insurance panels. We will assist you in the credentialing process.

Peer case consultation and sense of community – COVID-19 has made certain community practices and support less accessible. Here at WCW, we have an “open door” policy if you are experiencing a complex clinical situation. Additionally, we offer scheduled peer case consultations, so you can become part of a warm, supportive and lively work environment.

Competitive compensation – Competitive W2 compensation with uncapped earnings based on hours worked. We believe that clinicians DESERVE to be paid what they are worth. We understand that properly compensated clinicians provide better care. Salary range listed is dependent on hourly work and credentials (e.g., LMHC, Psy.D)

Consistent earnings – We intend to fill up your caseload quickly and keep it that way. We offer direct deposit every two weeks based on hours worked, and we will take care of insurance billing and receivables.

50% Matching for individual health insurance – We match you 50% for your individual plan if you work full-time.

Malpractice insurance – We offer every clinician, part-time or full-time, professional liability insurance under our group policy.

A fully furnished office space – We have a large, modern office space in Wellesley, Ma complete with a waiting room, kitchen and plenty of resources for clients of all ages.

Electronic health records and personalized WCW email – We provide you with access to user-friendly electronic health records that are customized to meet your needs. The system we use is streamlined to help you with completing and storing intakes, scheduling and file sharing, and most importantly, quick and simple clinical note completion.

Paid Sick Time - Earn up to 40 hours of paid sick time annually.

What We Require
Conscientious, culturally competent, and insightful clinicians that have a specialty and/or expertise in a variety of treatment modalities, planning, and implementation.

Strong collaborative interpersonal skills

Comfort working in a remote setting (for hybrid and remote workers)

High-speed internet and equipment that supports remote work

Strong technical aptitude and previous EHR experience are strongly favored

Familiarity with Google Workplace and Google apps (such as Google Voice)

State licensure by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts to practice independently as a Psychologist, LMHC, LICSW, or LMFT.

Education
Masters (MA) and/or doctorate (Psy.D, Ph.D, Ed.D) with the requisite state licensure for your specific degree.
