Position: Clinical Team Leader - Mental Health Outpatient Clinic

We are seeking a Provisionally Licensed or Fully Licensed Mental Health Professional who is driven, outgoing, and ready to embrace both clinical and leadership roles. This unique position combines client care with the opportunity to grow, lead, and manage a dynamic mental health team.




Responsibilities:



  • Leadership and Team Building:

    • Recruit, manage, and develop a high-performing mental health team.

    • Lead by example while mentoring and supporting team members.

    • Foster a positive, collaborative, and productive work environment.



  • Networking and Business Development:

    • Cultivate and maintain referral relationships to grow client volume.

    • Actively network and market the organization’s services within the community.

    • Collaborate on innovative strategies to expand mental health services.



  • Administrative and Operational Management:

    • Oversee administrative functions, including reviewing reports and ensuring compliance.

    • Monitor team performance, identifying areas for growth and improvement.

    • Manage day-to-day operations to ensure smooth functioning of the department.



  • Direct Client Care:

    • Provide exceptional counseling services to clients as part of your role.

    • Maintain a manageable caseload to stay connected with client needs.






Qualifications:



  • Provisionally Licensed or Fully Licensed (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent).

  • Strong leadership skills with a passion for helping others grow.

  • Outgoing personality with a knack for networking and relationship building.

  • Interest or experience in the business and administrative side of mental health.

  • Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills.

  • Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
