Job Details:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team for the 2024/2025 school year. This full-time position involves working with elementary and middle school students in regular education, resource, and self-contained settings. The BCBA will be responsible for assessing student behavior, developing and implementing behavior intervention plans, and providing support to teachers and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
• Provide direct support and consultation to teachers, staff, and parents.
• Monitor and evaluate student progress and adjust interventions as necessary.
• Train and support school personnel in implementing behavior intervention strategies.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to student behavior and interventions.
• Collaborate with school staff, parents, and external professionals to support student success.

Qualifications:

• Must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Experience working with students in educational settings.
• Strong understanding of behavior analysis principles and methodologies.
• Excellent munication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
