Details:
Onsite Position near Vacaville, CA

Pay Range: $56+/hr (depending on experience)

  • Remainder of the2024-2025 School Year
  • Full time, 37.5 hours/week
  • PreK-12th grade caseload ages
  • Exact # of students TBD, will be discussed during interview
  • Itinerant position (can reimburse the mileage between school sites)
  • More details to be discussed during zoom interview process

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations to determine students' academic, behavioral, emotional, and social strengths and needs
  • Develop and implement evidence-based interventions and strategies to improve students' academic and social-emotional functioning
  • Consult and collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to create positive learning environments and support student success
  • Provide crisis intervention and counseling services to students as needed
  • Participate in school-wide initiatives to promote positive behavior support, mental health awareness, and academic achievement
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documentation of all services provided

Qualifications:

  • Master's or Doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited institution
  • Active California School Psychologist License or eligibility for licensure
  • Knowledge of evidence-based practices for assessment, intervention, and consultation in schools
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse populations
