Position Title: Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
Location: Poway, CA
Position Type: Full-Time
Pay Range: 20-25/hr based on experience

Responsibilities:
Implement behavior intervention plans developed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
Provide direct one-on-one behavioral interventions to teach munication, social, and daily living skills
Assist in reducing problematic behaviors in a school settings for students K-12
Proficient in Mild, Moderate and Severe Behavior Caseloads, De-escalation, providing emotional/academic support, and Behavior redirection.
Qualifications:
Current and Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
Minimum of 1 year experience working 1:1 with autism or developmental disabilities students
Previous K-12 school experience is preferred
