Candidate Requirements:
- You are compassionate and engaging while providing superior customer service.
- Education: Master’s degree from an accredited university or college in Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or related field.
- Must reside within the State of Florida.
- Licensed: Have an active and valid LCSW, LMHC or LMFT in the State of Florida.
- Must complete a minimum of 14 assessments per week.
- Required availability Monday - Friday 3pm - 9pm and Saturdays 10am - 4pm. Schedule will be 4 weekday evenings and Saturdays.
- Responsible for determining client’s psychiatric diagnosis based on diagnostic criteria from DSM-5-TR and ICD-10.
- Performs initial assessments in accordance with Medicaid regulations and updates as applicable.
- Works effectively with culturally diverse groups and individuals experiencing an exacerbation of either psychiatric, substance use and/or medical symptoms, as well as experiencing a stressful situation.
*Minimum wage listed is based on 14 mental health only assessments per week. The average time to complete MH assessment is 2 hours 15 minutes. Earnings and bonus potential increases with bilingual, substance use assessments and productivity.
