Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated School Psychologist to join our team in Orinda, CA. In this role, you will work closely with students, teachers, and families to provide psychological services and support to help students thrive academically, socially, and emotionally. Responsibilities:

  • Conduct psychoeducational assessments, including cognitive, emotional, and behavioral evaluations.
  • Develop and implement individualized interventions to support students with academic, behavioral, and emotional needs.
  • Provide individual and group counseling services for students facing personal or social challenges.
  • Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and parents to support student success and development.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
  • Participate in IEP meetings, school meetings, and student support team meetings.
  • Provide crisis intervention and support when needed.

Qualifications:

  • Masters or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or related field.
  • Valid California School Psychologist credential.
  • Experience conducting psychoeducational evaluations and providing counseling services.
  • Strong knowledge of Special Education laws and regulations.
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse student populations and interdisciplinary teams.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
