Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations for students, including testing, observation, and diagnostic interpretation.
- Provide counseling and emotional support for students with mental health, behavioral, or academic challenges.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students.
- Offer consultation services to staff on student mental health and behavioral concerns.
- Assist with crisis intervention and support in managing student behavior and emotions.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in pliance with district guidelines and policies.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree or Doctoral degree in School Psychology.
- Active Tennessee School Psychologist Certification.
- Prior experience in a school setting is preferred.
- Strong ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent munication and interpersonal skills.
