Soliant Education is partnering with a supportive school district in Summerville, SC, to find an experienced School Psychologist committed to fostering student success through assessments, counseling, and collaborative support.

Position Details:

  • Location: Summerville, SC
  • Position: School Psychologist
  • Employment Type: Full-time, contract position
  • Start Date: Immediate

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess students' academic, social, and emotional needs.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to develop and implement intervention strategies and individualized education plans (IEPs).
  • Provide counseling services to support students' social and emotional well-being.
  • Serve as a consultant to school personnel on matters related to student learning and mental health.
  • Assist in crisis intervention and the development of preventative programming.

Qualifications:

  • Masters or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or a related field.
  • Valid South Carolina School Psychologist certification or license.
  • Experience working in a school setting is preferred.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
