Position Summary: We are seeking a dedicated Lifespan Psychotherapist to join our team on a part-time basis (15 client caseload), with the potential for full-time as caseloads grow. The ideal candidate will provide psychotherapy services to children, adolescents, and adults, fostering an inclusive, compassionate, and collaborative therapeutic environment. This is a 1099 contractor position offering flexibility and professional growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individual and family psychotherapy to clients spanning children, adolescents, and adults.
- Maintain a manageable caseload with a focus on high-quality care.
- Develop and implement evidence-based, culturally sensitive treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of clients.
- Utilize a hybrid approach to service delivery, including both in-person sessions (in Pennsylvania) and telehealth appointments.
- Complete thorough documentation, including progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries, in compliance with company policies and legal standards.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members, community resources, and client support systems as needed.
- Stay current with best practices and emerging trends in psychotherapy to enhance treatment effectiveness.
Qualifications:
- Master's or Doctoral degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.
- Active, unrestricted mental health license in Pennsylvania (e.g., LCSW, LPC, LMFT, PsyD, or PhD).
- Demonstrated experience providing therapy to children, adolescents, and adults.
- Passion for serving BIPOC and LGBTQIA communities, with a strong commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
- Familiarity with telehealth platforms and comfort integrating technology into practice.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain therapeutic boundaries.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to balance hybrid service delivery.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with trauma-informed care and evidence-based treatment modalities (e.g., CBT, DBT, EMDR, or similar).
- Specialized training or certifications in niche areas of therapy.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities.
