Job Announcement
This position works as a part of our Contracts & Supportive Services Division. You will provide oversight of Individual Placement and Support (IPS) supported employment services which falls within a larger system of behavioral health supported employment services. In addition, you will ensure good program outcomes by providing training in supported employment methodologies, supervision and field mentoring for staff, monitoring outcomes to include auditing staff charts, and implementing quality improvement plans. Acts as a liaison to other departments and agencies and be responsible for no more than 10 employment specialists at one time. May also provide IPS supported employment services for a small caseload (2-3 people).

- The CSB provides clinical supervision for employees who are registered as licensed eligible mental health in one of the following areas: Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Clinical Psychologist, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Licensed Substance Abuse Treatment Practitioner or Clinical Nurse Specialist.
- In addition, to recognize and reinforce the importance of professional development and enhance future recruitment of licensed professionals, if approved, the licensure supervisors will receive a stipend of $1,500 paid out biweekly over a 12-month period whether for one or more Department of Health licensure candidates.
- License/Certification Reimbursement - Reimbursement for job related licenses and/or certifications once per year.

Employment Standards
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Graduation from an accredited college with at least a master's degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or nursing plus three years of clinical experience or a doctoral degree in psychology, social, counseling or nursing plus one year of clinical experience.
Must be eligible to be licensed to practice in the Commonwealth of Virginia in one of the following: Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Professional Counselor, Clinical Psychologist, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Licensed Substance Abuse Treatment Practitioner or Clinical Nurse Specialist.
CERTIFICATES AND LICENSES REQUIRED:
Valid driver's license with fewer than six demerit points (or equivalent in another state) must be maintained throughout employment with Community Services Board.
NECESSARY SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:
- The appointee to this position will be required to complete a criminal background check, a Child Protective Services Registry check, a driving record check, and sanction screening to the satisfaction of the employer. A TB screening upon hire and annually thereafter. Requires a National Provider Identifier.
- This position is emergency/essential services personnel. (Required to report for duty during inclement weather and/or other emergencies.)
- Additional Work Schedule Requirements: Some evenings and weekends required.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- IPS Practitioner Certification
- IPS Supervisor Certification
- Supported employment experience with behavioral health population
- Supervisory experience
- Experience providing services using Evidence Based ISP services

Ability to complete vocational assessment and provide community outreach. All duties performed with or without reasonable accommodations.
