Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Lead Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead our team in Georgia. As a Lead BCBA, you will oversee clinical services, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and provide mentorship to our team of behavior therapists. This role requires a passion for making a positive impact in the lives of children and their families, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to upholding the highest standards of ABA practice.
Responsibilities:
Conduct initial assessments and create comprehensive, individualized treatment plans for children with autism and other developmental disabilities.
Oversee the implementation of ABA programs, ensuring fidelity and effectiveness.
Provide ongoing supervision and mentorship to a team of behavior therapists, including conducting performance evaluations and offering professional development opportunities.
Monitor and analyze data to track client progress and make data-driven decisions for program modifications.
Collaborate with families to provide training, support, and education on ABA strategies and techniques.
Ensure compliance with all ethical guidelines and standards of practice set forth by the BACB.
Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of client progress and treatment plans.
Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to a positive, collaborative work environment.
Qualifications:
Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
Current BCBA certification in good standing with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience working as a BCBA, with a focus on in-home services.
Proven leadership and supervisory experience.
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Passion for working with children and their families to achieve meaningful outcomes.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
