Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Lead Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead our team in Georgia. As a Lead BCBA, you will oversee clinical services, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and provide mentorship to our team of behavior therapists. This role requires a passion for making a positive impact in the lives of children and their families, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to upholding the highest standards of ABA practice.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct initial assessments and create comprehensive, individualized treatment plans for children with autism and other developmental disabilities.
  • Oversee the implementation of ABA programs, ensuring fidelity and effectiveness.
  • Provide ongoing supervision and mentorship to a team of behavior therapists, including conducting performance evaluations and offering professional development opportunities.
  • Monitor and analyze data to track client progress and make data-driven decisions for program modifications.
  • Collaborate with families to provide training, support, and education on ABA strategies and techniques.
  • Ensure compliance with all ethical guidelines and standards of practice set forth by the BACB.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of client progress and treatment plans.
  • Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to a positive, collaborative work environment.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
  • Current BCBA certification in good standing with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience working as a BCBA, with a focus on in-home services.
  • Proven leadership and supervisory experience.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Passion for working with children and their families to achieve meaningful outcomes.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
