We are seeking a
Lead Registered
Behavior Technician (RBT)
to join our team! We are looking for a a Collaborative team member, with a student mindset, that is passionate to help, independent, and respectful of others opinions!
Position Summary:
The Team Lead RBT is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the activities of a team of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to ensure the effective implementation of behavior intervention plans. This role involves providing leadership, supervision, and support to the team members while maintaining a high standard of quality care for individuals with developmental disorders. The Team Lead RBT collaborates closely with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and other team members to achieve the goals outlined in behavior intervention plans.

Responsibilities
Assists with intakes and assessments
Implements individualized treatment plans for each client supervised by Board Certified Behavior Analyst or Autism Specialist
Use evidence-based treatment methods to facilitate individual treatments
Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of patient information and treatment plan
Perform regular wellness checks
Adhere to all facility and licensing standards
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Psychology, ABA, special education or other related field (Required)
Current RBT license (can acquire on the job before starting)
Previous experience working with individuals with Autism 1+ years
Basic Life Support (BLS) and CPR certified (Preferred) (can acquire on the job before starting)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Highly organized
Must be willing to drive in between client homes
