Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are seeking a Licensed Marriage And Family Therapist or Social Worker (LMFT, LCSW) to join our team! We want a clinician who is excited to work at an early-stage startup and is responsible for implementing effective treatment plans to clients in an individual, children, couple or family setting (depending on preference and expertise).
Salary: Starting at $45 an hour but can become significantly more dependent on caseloads
Schedule: Flexible remote and in office time. Part/Full time (15 - 40 hours a week) You build your own schedule!
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality, evidence-based therapy to individuals, couples. and families
- Counsel and advise individuals, couples, children or families, with evidenced based interventions
- Develop and implement individual treatment plans
- Establish treatment goals and milestones with clients
- Complete clinical documentation using an electronic health care platform for each patient
- Facilitate referrals to other healthcare or counseling professionals if needed
- Help with individualized marketing and completion of needed documentation
Qualifications:
- Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Psychologist (PhD, PsyD), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselors (LCPC)
- Received degree from accredited university
- Must be willing to submit to a background check
- Licensed to practice in California
- 3+ years of direct clinical experience (at least 1 year post licensure) providing psychotherapy to individuals, couples, children and families with demonstrated expertise in treating common mental health disorders through evidence-based practices
- Comfortable with technology and interested in incorporating technology solutions into clinical care
- Excellent communicator (verbal and written)
- Loves working with clients and is passionate about mental health
- Compassionate and caring demeanor
- Ability to build rapport with clients
