We are hiring those who believe in our mission.We are excitedly looking for local licensed social workers for our Dunkirk office (LMSW, LCSW-C) or counselors (LGPC, LCPC). We provide free supervision to provisionally licensed therapists. We are a practice committed to diversity and inclusion, and our team reflects that. We want you!!The right candidate must have the desire and passion to work, specifically with adult women. our LGBTQ+ community, and who wants to be part of a growing team of supportive women. (Currently, we are not considering submissions from those who own their own practices.)This employee-based position offers (very competitive per session) in a strictly self-pay practice; the ability to set your hours. This flexibility allows you to work around your life, being part of a nurturing, family-focused team of supportive women, administrative support, and mentoring. We are offering free supervision to provisionally licensed applicants! We are an awesome place to work because we believe that you should be able to create a life you love, working with colleagues who support you and with clients you enjoy working with.We require that you work at least a minimum of (ten) hours a week and you must be able to see clients in person 1 to 2 evenings a week, with the ability to work up to full-time, which is 20-25 sessions a week, based on what schedule you’d like to keep. You MUST be able to be on time and work independently. Employee benefits such as 401(k) gifts, CEU stipend, paid time off, and bonus programs are part of our package.(We are only seeking applicants who live within a half-hour from our office.)

Responsibilities:Provide psychotherapy to girls starting at age 8, teen girls & adult women, in person at our Dunkirk locationFreedom to work when you want to work (based on office availability)Complete all notes and clinical requirements for each sessionConnect with the client above and beyond what is considered typical in this fieldBe able to work autonomously and reliablyBe conscientious about your notes and clinical workFlexibility to work in a hybrid model when neededDocumentation is minimal. We are a paperless practiceQualifications:Must have a Maryland clinical license LMSW, LCSW-C or LGPC, LCPCMust not own your own practice or work for another group practiceNot live more than thirty minutes away from our Dunkirk locationBe proficient in Apple products as we use iPads in our officesBe able to work independently and be on time for each sessionShould have a sparkly personality and be interested in building a connection with clientsHave experience working with girls, women ,and our LGBTQ+ communityBe passionate about women's issues, be affirming and accepting of all peopleBe able to work in a hybrid modelAbout Company
