We are currently hiring experienced Mental Health Therapists, including LPCCs, LCSWs, and LMFTs, to provide virtual care to clients across California. Take your career to the next level in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Position Type: Full-time, Remote
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM
Salary: $110,000 - $130,000 annually, with a full benefits package
Job Responsibilities:
- Deliver online therapy services to individuals, families, and groups, incorporating evidence-based techniques.
- Collaborate with clients to design and implement effective treatment strategies.
- Provide intervention for clients in mental health crises.
- Ensure all client records are maintained accurately and confidentially.
- Coordinate with other professionals to improve care quality.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in mental health care.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.
- Valid LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT license in California or eligibility.
- Proven experience in providing counseling services.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
