Schedule: Full Time
At present, we are recruiting for Licensed Psychotherapists:
- With specialized training in Trauma/PTSD; EMDR; Somatic Experiencing; Sensorimotor Psychotherapy; Brainspotting; Internal Family Systems (IFS); DBT; Neurofeedback; and Sex therapy.
- Who have experience working with or training in these areas: Neurodivergent diagnoses (ADHD and ASD), addiction, eating disorders, aging/older clients, Alzheimer’s, Dementia, unhoused clients, children under the age of 13, Women’s health (fertility, postpartum, perinatal, etc.)
- Are willing to meet with clients in person, full time, before 9am, after 5pm, on weekends and/or on Fridays
- Experience working in group private practice required.

Requirements:LynLake is seeking to hire experienced mental health professionals who are fully licensed, able to practice independently in Minnesota, USA, and want to be part of a collaborative and integrative group practice. Our clinical team includes a wide range of therapeutic and wellness specialists.
Additional Details:
Full-time, 1099 independent contractor or W2 employee positions available.
Commissions-based compensation model based on billable services.
Full benefits package available for W2 providers billing an average of 24+ client hours/week.
Requirements:
Experience in group or independent private practice.
Minimum education required: Master’s degree.
Must be fully / independently licensed in Minnesota, USA and in good standing with Licensing Board(s).
