Mental Health Professional for Eating Disorders at Providence St Vincent Medical Center in Portland, OR.

Full-Time/Day Shift

$5,000 Sign-on Bonus for eligible external candidates who meet all conditions for payment – this is in addition to the fantastic benefits and compensation package offered by Providence that begin on your first day of employment.

This is a combined posting for a Social Worker MSW, and a Professional Counselor. The requirements of each role are listed below under each associated title. The Behavioral Health Associate practices in a treatment setting under clinical supervision and is dedicated to evaluation, diagnosis and treatment of psychiatric and substance use disorders. The BH Associate will collaborate with patient/support system to evaluate and diagnose patients. This position will provide specialized psychotherapy services, as described in the CPT, to reduce and /or resolve symptoms of psychiatric and/or substance use disorders identified.

SOCIAL WORKER MSW

Required Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree in Social Work
  • Within 60 days of hire: Oregon Clinical Social Work Associate License Or

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2 years Clinical work experience within healthcare, hospice and/or bereavement

MIN: $35.32 Max: $54.82

PROFESSIONAL COUNSELOR

Required Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree - counseling or related field.
  • Professional Counselor License upon hire.
  • Oregon Professional Counselor Associate License upon hire.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 1 year - Master's level practicum in a behavioral health setting in an accredited college or university internship.
  • Additional experience in substance use treatment setting.

MIN: $35.32 Max: $54.82
