The mental health professional functions as a clinical member of the multidisciplinary team and provides treatment, rehabilitation, and support services. Salary Range: $24.06 - $33.66
EDUCATION
- Education: Masters Degree in behavioral sciences required.
- Population Specifics: Knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the ages of patients served in the department.
- Experience: Two (2) years experience in mental health evaluation, treatment, and rehabilitation. Experience with co-occurring disorders preferred.
- Required Certification: Agency Affiliated Counselor, Washington State MH/MSW/MFT licensure preferred, MHP as defined by WAC 388-865-0150 preferred. A minimum number of WAC defined MHP’s per Washington State standards required.
- Other: Bilingual and/or English-Spanish speaking preferred and ability to work with culturally diverse population. Clear understanding of the characteristics and problems of adults with severe mental illnesses and knowledge of the ACT mode Must have and maintain a cell phone to use for business purposes, as a monthly stipend will be provided to go towards a cell phone. Must have valid WA State Driver’s License, reliable personal transportation, and Liability Insurance
